Project and service functions of the COOL business divided into two separate business units

Oy Scancool Ab has operated for over five years all over Finland. Both the company's organisation and its operation area have grown so large that we have decided to divide the project and service functions
of the COOL business into two separate business units. The change in organisation will enable us to better serve our clients both in projects and in after-sales support. At the same time the change will clarify
the company's internal processes and make them more effective. It will also more clearly define the tasks of the maintenance and project personnel and the division of labour between them. This change will help the company to invest more in maintenance business in accordance with its strategy.

The new division into business areas and the organisational change will become effective as of 1 April 2011.

COOL PROJECT

Esa Hälvä, M. Sc. (Refrigeration), who joined Scancool last autumn, has been appointed Business Director of the COOL project organisation.

COOL SERVICE

Altti Seinelä, M. Sc. (Refrigeration), who has been in charge of both the project and the maintenance operations, will from now on be in charge of the COOL service organisation as Business Director.

HEAT

Juha Aaltola, D.Sc. (Energy technology), continues as the director of HEAT.
